当使用Veritas BackupExec或NTbackup备份System State时失败，应用程序日志记录了Event ID 20和8193的错误日志。

Click Start, click Run, type cmd, and then click OK.

Type the following commands at a command prompt. Press ENTER after you type each command.

Note The last command may not run successfully.

Perform a backup operation to verify that the issue is resolved.
